Etcetera gallery

Frankly I didn't know what to name this gallery. First, I called it "miscellaneous," but I was not happy. Now I've named it "etcetera." I hope that doesn't make it seem trivial, because many important things are contained there. So, until I can think of a better name, we'll go with "etcetera."
